Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sérgio de Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 19 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Vides came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sérgio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 33rd minute of the match. Sérgio de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 35th minute of play. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Tomas Berganza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. The supporters of Panama booed when BMB IMOVEIS SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renan Madureira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute of the match, Tomas Berganza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Panama's Felipe Ros pulled a muscle in his leg after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 87 minutes, André Luiz Vides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BMB IMOVEIS SC and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. Panama's Alberto Sainz was substituted for Felipe Ros. André Luiz Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Berganza succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 90th playminute. In the 92nd match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Miralles to maneuver through the defense. Donato Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. After having played for 96 minutes, Donato Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luiz Vides in the 98th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Panama supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Panama would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
