Sokratis Pakaltsis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Fontirroig in the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Eduardo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sokratis Pakaltsis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sokratis Pakaltsis having to interfere. Grigoris Kabouridis kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Sokratis Pakaltsis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Achilleas Kyriakakos. Eduardo Fontirroig took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sokratis Pakaltsis. Sokratis Pakaltsis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mario Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sokratis Pakaltsis having to interfere. When Julio Chicote came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Chicote couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexis Roubanis to strike the kick off in the second half. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexis Roubanis in the 53rd minute of play. Julio Chicote took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sokratis Pakaltsis. Sokratis Pakaltsis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 62nd minute, Eduardo Fontirroig made a precise shot to the right of Sokratis Pakaltsis. Dhrνalon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The supporters of Dhrνalon booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achilleas Kyriakakos in the 66th minute of play. Julio Chicote sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Ferrant in the 79th minute of play forced Dhrνalon's goalkeeper Sokratis Pakaltsis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexis Roubanis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. Sokratis Pakaltsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso de la Cruz in the 89th minute of play. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sokratis Pakaltsis having to interfere. Dhrνalon's Achilleas Kyriakakos got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute Alexis Roubanis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Dhrνalon fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bolivia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
