Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Mexico booed when Antakya♡HATAY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Corrêa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Kadri Erdemer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Antakya♡HATAY's Kadri Erdemer got control of the ball when Joel Gaona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antakya♡HATAY's Kadri Erdemer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 73rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Antakya♡HATAY defense, Joel Gaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kadri Erdemer. The Antakya♡HATAY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kadri Erdemer should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Antakya♡HATAY getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Gürel Ahsen hit a great ball. Kadri Erdemer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 92nd minute, Lei Mo Feng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Antakya♡HATAY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mexico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Antakya♡HATAY.
