In the 8th minute, Sebastian Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that Pogoń - Tur's Ott Lüsi managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 16th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Villa to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marian Zywiec to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ott Lüsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 played minutes Pogoń - Tur got a freekick which was hit by Waclaw Bycofski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Kempski in the 56th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waclaw Bycofski charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waclaw Bycofski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edmundo Espiga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ott Lüsi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moises Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Zywiec in the 72nd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marian Zywiec went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 82 minutes into the match, Pogoń - Tur's Marian Zywiec sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
