The tension between the Venezuela and the Jofurs Drängar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kristoffer Hedström charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristoffer Hedström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kristoffer Hedström kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ola Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Helström in the 36th minute of play. The corner ended in Cirilo Lefebre almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. After a rather tough play, Jofurs Drängar's Kristoffer Hedström got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Alfons Helström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfons Helström was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Björklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Kristoffer Hedström. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Kristoffer Hedström hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. A collision led to Jofurs Drängar getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Kristoffer Hedström hit a great ball. Ola Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute Alfons Helström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jofurs Drängar:s Ola Berg showed great skill when he stopped Tomas Illescas:s penalty. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ola Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 83rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ola Berg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vedat Arslanoğlu in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 96th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ola Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfons Helström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jofurs Drängar had played much better football throughout.
