Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the game, Felix Lembeck threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Milagros Cabal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Menno Heck in the 10th minute of the match. Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bert Struik fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Northern Titans's protests and gave Bert Struik a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Northern Titans's Bert Struik got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 24th minute of play. Felix Lembeck hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A collision led to Northern Titans getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Menno Heck hit a great ball. In the 31st match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Maikel Lammers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maikel Lammers to make the kick off. If Richard Heerspink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moises Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honduras's Luca Espinar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felix Lembeck in the 66 minute of the game. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roeland van der Werff in the 70th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Maikel Lammers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Northern Titans were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maikel Lammers took the corner. In the 74th match minute, Northern Titans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roeland van der Werff to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maikel Lammers in the 75th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Northern Titans's Menno Heck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. A collision led to Northern Titans getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Felix Lembeck hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Northern Titans's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 83 minutes, Menno Heck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Northern Titans and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Menno Heck hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Felix Lembeck in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Christian Sancho. After a rather tough play, Northern Titans's Richard Heerspink got a free kick in the 88th minute. Northern Titans's Ruud Arnolds was substituted for Maikel Lammers. Richard Heerspink kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Neeme Van Achteren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Northern Titans's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
