Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. CSD Pte Derqui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Demesio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, CSD Pte Derqui's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Vladimiro Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 23rd minute of play forced CSD Pte Derqui's goalkeeper Vladimiro Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Demesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Isaias Leobardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Demesio in the 55th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Joel Gaona kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vladimiro Leão. That made the score 0-1 in the 60 minute of play. In the 68th minute, Isaias Leobardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CSD Pte Derqui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 80 minutes into the match, CSD Pte Derqui's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Vladimiro Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Tadzio in the 82nd minute of play. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, CSD Pte Derqui's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Vladimiro Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
