Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes, Bert Struik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Northern Titans and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 7th minute of play forced Northern Titans's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Northern Titans's zone, Sebastian Villa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen came out of the goal and Sebastian Villa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Lautaro Navarro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Roeland van der Werff kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Maikel Lammers sent off a good shot on target. Maikel Lammers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Northern Titans's Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 33rd minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maikel Lammers, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Northern Titans were furious when Gerald Maurits was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 46th minute, one of Northern Titans:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Northern Titans. After the first half Honduras were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Northern Titans's Roeland van der Werff got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Maikel Lammers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Richard Heerspink managed to get in a good position for a shot. Northern Titans's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Heerspink was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rdth minute of the game Maikel Lammers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Richard Heerspink took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 71 minutes into the match, Northern Titans's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute Richard Heerspink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maikel Lammers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Maikel Lammers came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Northern Titans! Edmundo Espiga placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When Richard Heerspink came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Northern Titans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Heerspink couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Joost Zevenhuizen having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Honduras players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
