In the 21st minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Ulryk Jaroszewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Ulryk Jaroszewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Nowa Drużyna's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Haikal Nerre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Bielenda made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Edmond Jamieson however managed to control. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Nowa Drużyna's Haikal Nerre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 70th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nowa Drużyna.
