Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Theo Light struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trifillia.FC. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimitris Vasilakos. Dimitris Vasilakos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabit Piruz in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Trifillia.FC's Sabit Piruz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sabit Piruz. Sabit Piruz took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Kostas Proestos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dimitris Vasilakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Sabit Piruz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd match minute, Trifillia.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabit Piruz to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sabit Piruz made a kick off. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kostas Proestos's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Andino got free with Dimitris Vasilakos in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Trifillia.FC's Aggelos Stamatis was substituted for Ramiro Marcos. In the 63rd minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute of the match Waldir Laguna sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Trifillia.FC's Waldir Laguna couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ecuador. Kostas Proestos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Trifillia.FC's goalkeeper Dimitris Vasilakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidal Samano in the 74th minute of play. After 75 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waldir Laguna who took care of the corner kick. Arturo Orixe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Vidal Samano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 4-1 became the score in the 90th minute when Vidal Samano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Trifillia.FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ecuador had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
