Cesar Rioja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Cesar Rioja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksim Dunaevskiy in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Geo-Winner's Vadim Kovrov got a free kick in the 16th minute. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Cesar Rioja notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Cesar Rioja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Cesar Rioja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the game, Veniamin Gorshkov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geo-Winner's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After a rather tough play, Geo-Winner's Veniamin Gorshkov got a free kick in the 25th minute. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergey Sabadash having to interfere. If Maksim Dunaevskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergey Sabadash saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geo-Winner's attentive Rostislav Kravets managed to snatch the ball when Guillermo Mariano made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. The Geo-Winner fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Geo-Winner's Cesar Rioja looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 42 minutes into the game, Maksim Dunaevskiy recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Maksim Dunaevskiy showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Cesar Rioja struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geo-Winner. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesar Rioja was the one to do the kick off. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the game, Geo-Winner's Cesar Rioja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 60 played minutes Geo-Winner got a freekick which was hit by Maksim Dunaevskiy. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesar Rioja's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Maksim Dunaevskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Sergey Sabadash showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Venezuela's Tomas Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Sergey Sabadash despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cesar Rioja struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geo-Winner. When Maksim Dunaevskiy came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Geo-Winner fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maksim Dunaevskiy couldn't finish the play. When Geo-Winner's Cesar Rioja in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Guillermo Mariano charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guillermo Mariano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Geo-Winner walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
