Tanek Ostrowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Tejedor in the 18th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Olympique Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Tanek Ostrowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Tanek Ostrowski managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Peru's Julian Murillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Domeracki in the 36th minute of the match. After 37 minutes of play, Olympique Gdynia's Czeslaw Domeracki made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Olympique Gdynia booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Czeslaw Domeracki to make the kick off. Olympique Gdynia's Tanek Ostrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of play. After 56 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Fraga. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Olympique Gdynia's Tanek Ostrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 64th minute of play. Tanek Ostrowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 68th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şota Arveladze, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Domeracki in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 74th minute of play forced Olympique Gdynia's goalkeeper Tanek Ostrowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Czeslaw Domeracki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Şota Arveladze came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luz Tejedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. If Czeslaw Domeracki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Olympique Gdynia got a freekick which was hit by Fabio-Roman Zabaleta. Tanek Ostrowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
