Zhang Hao Qing breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Remie Kint made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Cavenaghi in the 41st minute of play. Flavio Cifuentes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remie Kint read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boguslaw Dziedelonis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 78th match minute, C.S.D Punta Ballena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bidari Sorriba to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvino Blanco in the 81st minute of play forced Taltum FC's goalkeeper Zhang Hao Qing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match C.S.D Punta Ballena got a corner. Taltum FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Brion Heyros ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Brion Heyros almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Taltum FC's Zhang Hao Qing did a great save. 84 minutes into the game, Bidari Sorriba threw the ball into play from the sideline. Taltum FC's Norbert Dabrowski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Taltum FC's Zhang Hao Qing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terciero Francos in the 87th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Terciero Francos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zhang Hao Qing was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 96th minute Obregón Pardemanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remie Kint saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

C.S.D Punta Ballena's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
