In the 11th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Blech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvano Blech. Vende Humo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Alberto Tafalla's late challenge caught a Vende Humo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Tafalla helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Alberto Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Saturnin in the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Benito Saturnin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vende Humo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Benito Saturnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sorin Spelbu kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Vende Humo's goalkeeper Silvano Blech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 28th minute, Benito Saturnin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Saturnin in the 36th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Benito Saturnin notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sorin Spelbu's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sorin Spelbu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mexico booed when Vende Humo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sorin Spelbu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benito Saturnin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Saturnin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. When Celso Patxi fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vende Humo's protests and gave Celso Patxi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Vende Humo's Celso Patxi got a free kick in the 54th minute. The supporters of Mexico booed when Vende Humo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Patxi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Vende Humo's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Silvano Blech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Vende Humo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvano Blech should have stopped the shot. Vende Humo made a substitution. Higinio Arias replaced Angelito Di Maria. In the 76th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 78th minute of play forced Vende Humo's goalkeeper Silvano Blech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Blech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Saturnin in the 83rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Saturnin in the 85th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvano Blech was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Benito Saturnin might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benito Saturnin ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvano Blech came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Vende Humo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mexico had controlled the match.
