Frodo Hernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Seco's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frodo Hernandez having to interfere. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frodo Hernandez having to make a save. Maximiliano Escribano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. In the 70th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frodo Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, VILLARREAL UNITED's Frodo Hernandez got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Alberto Gisbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Frodo Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
