If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Harry Noble House FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Damian Czeberowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Damian Czeberowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Czeberowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Harry Noble House FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chants of Harry Noble House FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Ecuador had held the ball for most of the match.
