Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. A wasted opportunity for Niemierich RK 06. Daniel Zorita kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 6thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Niemierich RK 06's keeper Paulino Estebano was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulino Estebano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Juliusz Traczewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Lech came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Estebano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 23rd minute, Juliusz Traczewski made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Paulino Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Estebano having to interfere. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Niemierich RK 06's Paulino Estebano. Paulino Estebano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The wind increased when Zbigniew Lech made the kick off in the second half. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliusz Traczewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the Niemierich RK 06 defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulino Estebano. The Niemierich RK 06 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Estebano should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Niemierich RK 06's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Paulino Estebano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulino Estebano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Estebano having to interfere. Zbigniew Lech could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Juliusz Traczewski sent off a good shot on target. There was no doubt that Ecuador were the better team. Ecuador's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
