Thiago Pliego yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Marta Pressley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 39th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marta Pressley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Lacasa to make the kick off. 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's Dave Efrayim was substituted for Bo Ros. 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009 made a substitution. But to his dismay, Dave Efrayim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 84 minutes into the match, 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's goalkeeper Marta Pressley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Casaus. In the 86th minute Dave Efrayim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marta Pressley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Efrayim in the 89th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Chile's Mariano Lacasa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. After 95 minutes, Erasmo Goiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009 and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card.
