Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adam Dobrițoiu kicked off to start the match. With an all-out effort, Haljala's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adam Dobrițoiu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tibor Pálffy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Haljala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaspar Veerma to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tibor Pálffy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tibor Pálffy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tibor Pálffy. Haljala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ragnar Usk in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tibor Pálffy saved Haljala from getting behind. Agustín Saelices took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tibor Pálffy. Tibor Pálffy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Tibor Pálffy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tibor Pálffy. Tibor Pálffy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Tibor Pálffy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Tibor Pálffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tibor Pálffy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

In the 52nd minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Haljala getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Ivan Bashliev hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tibor Pálffy. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Tibor Pálffy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 59th minute of the match. If Ragnar Usk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Pálffy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 72nd minute of play forced Haljala's goalkeeper Tibor Pálffy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Adam Dobrițoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Adam Dobrițoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 84 minutes into the match, Haljala's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Tibor Pálffy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Härmo Vides charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Härmo Vides the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st match minute, Haljala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Härmo Vides to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ragnar Usk in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Haljala's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tibor Pálffy came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
