In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kim Hänninen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 19th minute. Fragleses's Kim Hänninen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Fragleses's goalkeeper Kim Hänninen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Kim Hänninen however easily saved by the left post. After 27 minutes of play, Fragleses's Zlatko Ibrahimović made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th match minute, Fragleses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Mentus to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kim Hänninen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Kim Hänninen in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kim Hänninen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fragleses's attentive Wiktor Gomolka managed to snatch the ball when Macos Graciani made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Cardozo in the 45th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Kim Hänninen threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zlatko Ibrahimović to make the kick off. Vsevolod Rotan hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the game, Fragleses's Zlatko Ibrahimović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Mexico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Zlatko Ibrahimović scored to the left of an out of position Dante Lacasa, making the score, 3-4. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 68th minute. Zlatko Ibrahimović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fragleses made a substitution. Grzegorz Rasiak replaced Zlatko Ibrahimović. 75 minutes into the match, Fragleses's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Kim Hänninen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 played minutes Fragleses got a freekick which was hit by Adam Zawaski. Kim Hänninen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Rasiak in the 84th minute of the match. Kim Hänninen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-4 was the resulting score. Grzegorz Rasiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, one of Fragleses:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 95 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 5-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kim Hänninen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 98th minute Conrado Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fragleses for a fine match.
