Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fragleses's Kim Hänninen did a great save. Kim Hänninen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zlatko Ibrahimović got free with Dante Lacasa in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 34th minute of play forced Fragleses's goalkeeper Kim Hänninen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kim Hänninen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Grzegorz Rasiak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Grzegorz Rasiak put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Lacasa.
