Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Silvestre Serra took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Silvestre Serra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when A Sandvig G was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stuart Holritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennarth Foxø in the 13th minute of play. With his leg Wictor Maiborg managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stuart Holritz in the 27th minute of play. A Sandvig G's Lennarth Foxø got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wictor Maiborg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvestre Serra went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Silvestre Serra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennarth Foxø blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Andino during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half A Sandvig G were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Wictor Maiborg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 56th minute of play. Wictor Maiborg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 58th minute of the match. After 62 minutes, Leo Gorell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A Sandvig G and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Serra in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69thth minute of the game Stuart Holritz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A Sandvig G made a substitution. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Wictor Maiborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stuart Holritz in the 94th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Stuart Holritz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. A Sandvig G walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
