The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. If Dorian Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 29 in the game by Edmundo Espiga from a close distance when the talented Emílio Bittencourt managed to make a qualified save. LUC1F3R R1S1NG's players were relieved. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedé Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorian Varela during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes LUC1F3R R1S1NG got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Varela. Emanuel Ocampo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUC1F3R R1S1NG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Eduardo Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match was over LUC1F3R R1S1NG could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Honduras throughout the match.
