Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstantin Butylin went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 8th match minute, Gladiator FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Cavallo to maneuver through the defense. Konstantin Butylin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Butylin, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Gustaf Albohm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 18th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Konstantin Butylin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Manzanares. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 39th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Albohm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 42nd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Gustaf Albohm made a huge save. 55 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Gustaf Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Taranto in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Gladiator FC booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gladiator FC's Simos Seretis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kevin Mastache in the 64 minute of the game. Gustaf Albohm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Gladiator FC's Maxi Kon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaggelis Mitsiou in the 75th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Abram Secada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abram Secada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gladiator FC made a substitution. Antonio Lovera replaced Maxi Kon. In the 84th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Gustaf Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaggelis Mitsiou in the 92nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Abram Secada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
