Colombia's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stepan Krymov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Chlebek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Santino Seco got a free kick in the 18th minute. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Pascual Carballar put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Colombia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Motor Czechów:s goal. Colombia:s Pedro Manzanares showed great skill when he stopped Menios Psilakis:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stepan Krymov in the 32nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Motor Czechów were awarded a corner. Zbyszko Domarecki went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Igor Banan heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The crowd rose to their feet as Motor Czechów's Zbyszko Domarecki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stepan Krymov in the 40th minute. After 45 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Indiano. Zbyszko Domarecki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Stepan Krymov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Stepan Krymov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bogdan Chlebek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Abram Sarmiento reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bogdan Chlebek. The goal made the score 2-1. Bogdan Chlebek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Motor Czechów's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Bogdan Chlebek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Colombia booed when Motor Czechów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Domarecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. The supporters of Colombia booed when Motor Czechów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Domarecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Motor Czechów's Stepan Krymov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Chlebek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogdan Chlebek was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Ignacio Mastache capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ignacio Mastache really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Stepan Krymov sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
