A sloppy throw-in by Guillermo Mariano in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by San Nicolò Kings's Corrado Trevisani. 22 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Nicolò Kings the free kick. After 22 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. If Davide Bertolini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nedo Nadi in the 27th minute. Franco Catucci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, San Nicolò Kings's Davide Bertolini got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Franco Catucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franco Catucci was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Nedo Nadi sent off a good shot on target. Davide Bertolini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. The supporters of San Nicolò Kings booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nildo Sena was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 55th match minute, San Nicolò Kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davide Bertolini to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Franco Catucci, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 61st minute, Nedo Nadi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Fabio Kåmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Davide Bertolini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Davide Bertolini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nedo Nadi in the 73rd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 77th minute. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nedo Nadi's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when April Kul came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nedo Nadi in the 84th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Kåmark was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Franco Catucci in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. April Kul scored 4-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that San Nicolò Kings were the better team. San Nicolò Kings's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
