Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miroslav Klose was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-7. 69 minutes into the game, Miroslav Klose cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-8. Ilídio Abrantes was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
