Augustin Ştefănuţ could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Manga Santos made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, BlueLionesse's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Quintal came free, but Codrin Tâbârnă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augustin Ştefănuţs short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Manga Santos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Claudiu Mârza charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudiu Mârza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Vivaldo Paes made a precise shot to the right of Codrin Tâbârnă. BlueLionesse's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Jofre in the 31st minute of play forced BlueLionesse's goalkeeper Codrin Tâbârnă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augustin Ştefănuţ in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manga Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manga Santos made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Augustin Ştefănuţ sent off a good shot on target. Manga Santos came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by BlueLionesse's Dorin Nebunu. But to his dismay, Dorin Nebunu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Codrin Tâbârnă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Quintal in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, BlueLionesse's goal looked a bit too open when Tiaguinho Fernandes came free, but Codrin Tâbârnă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiaguinho Fernandes hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flann Flack to make the kick off. José Jofre's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Codrin Tâbârnă firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Ştefănuţ in the 56th minute of play forced MACUMBA's goalkeeper Manga Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, MACUMBA's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Nebunu came free, but Manga Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Flann Flack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Tâbârnă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, BlueLionesse's Codrin Tâbârnă got control of the ball when Flann Flack tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Augustin Ştefănuţ's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manga Santos was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Codrin Tâbârnă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flann Flack in the 67th minute of the match. BlueLionesse's Codrin Tâbârnă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Paes in the 68th minute of play. Tiaguinho Fernandes took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Codrin Tâbârnă. Codrin Tâbârnă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Flann Flack got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 2-3 in the right cross in the 85th match minute before Codrin Tâbârnă had time to react. Manga Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Ştefănuţ in the 90th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leontin Pătrășconiu during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
