With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvin Hellkvist in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vágner Vasconcelos saved Patriots Brasil from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Árpád Balogh in the 41st minute of play forced Patriots Brasil's goalkeeper Vágner Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvin Hellkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Alvin Hellkvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vágner Vasconcelos. The goal made the score 0-3. When Marcinho Camargo came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Patriots Brasil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho Camargo couldn't finish the play. Dalmau Trianes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 69 in the game by Alvin Hellkvist from a close distance when the talented Vágner Vasconcelos managed to make a qualified save. Patriots Brasil's players were relieved. 70 minutes into the match, Patriots Brasil's goalkeeper Vágner Vasconcelos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvin Hellkvist. After having played for 74 minutes, Marcinho Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patriots Brasil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcinho Camargo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Patriots Brasil's Vágner Vasconcelos got control of the ball when Alvin Hellkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 78 minutes of play Patriots Brasil's Igor Tasso was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 79th minute, Igor Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Árpád Balogh in the 83rd minute of play forced Patriots Brasil's goalkeeper Vágner Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvin Hellkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vágner Vasconcelos having to interfere. If Mariusz Zaworski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, one of Patriots Brasil:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Patriots Brasil. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Älvsjö AIK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
