The Cercadinho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 17 minutes, Marcinho Camargo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patriots Brasil and the Cercadinho players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Marcinho Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cercadinho's He Fei Zhou got a free kick in the 20th minute. He Fei Zhou kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Haroldo Veloso made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marcinho Camargo immediately put the ball in play. After 26 minutes, Dito Tasso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cercadinho and the Patriots Brasil players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dito Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Enrique Gerber's late challenge caught a Patriots Brasil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrique Gerber helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Cercadinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Gerber to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, Cercadinho's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Camargo came free, but Dong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match, Valiente Venezian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vágner Vasconcelos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by William de Castro in the 36th minute of play forced Patriots Brasil's goalkeeper Vágner Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Patriots Brasil's Vágner Vasconcelos got control of the ball when William de Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. If William de Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcinho Camargo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patriots Brasil's Vágner Vasconcelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William de Castro in the 82nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariusz Zaworski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dong. That made the score 3-2 in the 88 minute of play. Vágner Vasconcelos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William de Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Gerber was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Patriots Brasil's José Augusto Guerra was substituted for Robinho Maia. In the 94th match minute, Cercadinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Gerber to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the game, Patriots Brasil's Adrianinho Bertassi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
