Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Georg Classon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 42nd minute Juventus Argentina FC were awarded a corner. Froilan Seber went to the cornerflag to take it. Juventus Argentina FC's Froilan Seber was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Georg Classon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Benedicto Bartoli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Georg Classon made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
