In the 3rd match minute, PoWer SC 2K5 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew Wagner to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severiano Rua in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Rotariu saved PoWer SC 2K5 from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leroy Kluttig got free with Montes Quevedo in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Fetiyerd booed when PoWer SC 2K5 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zvonimir Prestin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julián Paris took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for David Rotariu. PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 14 played minutes PoWer SC 2K5 got a freekick which was hit by Bayezit Tecmil. 17 minutes into the match, Fetiyerd's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Todor came free, but Montes Quevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Rotariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Heise in the 26th minute of the match. Montes Quevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Todor, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 41 minutes into the match, Zvonimir Prestin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Montes Quevedo. Fetiyerd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zvonimir Prestin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Montes Quevedo made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Leroy Kluttig sent off a good shot on target. Hector Todor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severiano Rua to make the kick off. Kenneth Heise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Rotariu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Rua in the 54th minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Rivas got free with David Rotariu in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute Kenneth Heise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rotariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st play minute Kenneth Heise came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised David Rotariu. 1-1. Fetiyerd made a substitution. Emeterio Gene replaced Julián Paris. Aurelio Rivas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Rotariu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. David Rotariu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Rivas in the 66th minute. David Rotariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Rua in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Severiano Rua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Rotariu was relentless in the 70th minute of the game.
