After a rather tough play, Cañamero C.F.'s Radja Head got a free kick in the 20th minute. Cañamero C.F.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rainer Bonhof in the 24th minute. Aras Baysoy made a great header on Cañamero C.F.'s corner, it was just that Industrial United's Samuel De Pablo managed to reach the ball for a save. Samuel De Pablo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urtungo Santander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes Cañamero C.F.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aitor Salazar who took care of the corner kick. Matthew Llorca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mundo Rosas, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Mundo Rosas came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Industrial United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mundo Rosas couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Aniceto Turienzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrianinho Couto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matthew Llorca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francesc Prats, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A collision led to Industrial United getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Leoncio Serra hit a great ball. Cañamero C.F.'s Radja Head was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 40th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Samuel De Pablo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manolito Appe's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Macias Morera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aitor Salazar was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Samuel De Pablo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolito Appe in the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mundo Rosas in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matthew Llorca saved Cañamero C.F. from getting behind. Aniceto Turienzo's late challenge caught a Cañamero C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aniceto Turienzo helped the player get up and apologised. Aniceto Turienzo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cañamero C.F. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Industrial United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
