Melquiades Banegas went to the cornerflag to take it. Dream tin tin's Velichko Kabedelov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sepp Meier in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Hakan Mahçupyan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sepp Meier was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Dream tin tin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Melquiades Banegas in the 43rd minute.
