Blue Rock F.C.:s Richard Silver showed great skill when he stopped Axel Tasis:s penalty. 1-3 came in the 78th minute when Axel Tasis all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Richard Silver. Lautaro Puig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Silver read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. When Clint Crabtree came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Blue Rock F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clint Crabtree couldn't finish the play. After 83 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fletcher Pritchett in the 86th minute of play. But to his dismay, Clint Crabtree quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 92nd minute, Fletcher Pritchett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
