When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Zbyszko Mierzejewski took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Joaquin Gayoso to make any attempt to save it. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deon Chegwyn in the 6th minute of the match. 2-0 became the score in the 7th minute when Deon Chegwyn elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, KS Grocholice's Tymoteusz Bielatowicz got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Tamulewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Deon Chegwyn showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 17 minute of play. The supporters of KS Grocholice booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Carballal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Zbyszko Mierzejewski sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the match, Zbyszko Mierzejewski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso, 4-0. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludomil Jaraczeski in the 26th minute. Zbyszko Mierzejewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Norbert Dyczkowski in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. 38 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of KS Grocholice's Walery Tamulewicz. Walery Tamulewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Wieslaw Fleischer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zbyszko Mierzejewski in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Uruguay's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Miroslaw Pyrzyce 47 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Walery Tamulewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 54th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Walery Tamulewicz in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Ludomil Jaraczeski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 58th minute of play forced KS Grocholice's goalkeeper Walery Tamulewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Deon Chegwyn came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomil Jaraczeski hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Walery Tamulewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Gisbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes KS Grocholice got a freekick which was hit by Clever Odunlami. Walery Tamulewicz made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Mierzejewski in the 78th minute of play. KS Grocholice's Patryk Patora was substituted for Stanislaw Rakowicz. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clever Odunlami, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The throw-in from Norbert Dyczkowski in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. With a little luck, KS Grocholice's Walery Tamulewicz got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Ludomil Jaraczeski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Mierzejewski in the 94th minute of play.
