The Plumerillo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Plumerillo booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Eugeniusz Koczara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the game, Ignacio Fernández was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Plumerillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Ignacio Fernández kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Jacobo Gonzo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobo Gonzo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Plumerillo's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Matro came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. Jacobo Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute of the game Ermegildo Lehior made a throw-in which Maximino Ellande played forward. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Deunoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignacio Fernández took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 91 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Gonzo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Ignacio Fernández shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Gonzo in the 96th minute of the match. Plumerillo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
