Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Longo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ettore Longo in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. 4 minutes into the match, Boğaçhan Tuncay notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 7 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramiro Sica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 8th minute. After 14 minutes of play, Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC's Ettore Longo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ercole Prandini in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Alberto Tafalla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ramiro Sica saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 22nd minute, Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luca Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boğaçhan Tuncay in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Sica, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercole Prandini, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Longo in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Philip Porter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC:s Ramiro Sica showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gaona:s penalty. In the 55th minute Felix Luque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Sica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Sica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walmyr Mendonça. After 69 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stefan Tipinski who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Sica came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute Ettore Longo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Makomaski kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Mexico's Joel Gaona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 89 played minutes Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC got a freekick which was hit by Blair McPhil. In the 91st match minute, Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Porter to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramiro Sica showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Makaroniarze2012Tczew FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
