Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute. Felix Montes made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Brufoss IL's Borys Witek managed to reach the ball for a save. After 9 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Borys Witek was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute Emanuel Markham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Witek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play forced Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Borys Witek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes Brufoss IL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Borys Witek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Witek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Brufoss IL's Christer Ribe got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Borys Witek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Emanuel Markham sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Witek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Ecuador's Cristian Sancho to a score. 0-2 in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Brufoss IL's Jan-Kenneth Heistad got a free kick in the 38th minute. Borys Witek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Emanuel Markham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brufoss IL's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Markham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kai Østbye in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Kai Østbye reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Borys Witek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Borys Witek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Kent Remme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Borys Witek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borys Witek having to interfere. Brufoss IL's Borys Witek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Brufoss IL from getting a goal against them. In the 78th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. When Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Christer Ribe's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christer Ribe helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Christer Ribe. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Borys Witek. That made the score 1-3 in the 82 minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Jan-Kenneth Heistad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Brufoss IL.
