Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. Dagoberto Guerra's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dagoberto Guerra helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Dagoberto Guerra got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 14th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Aníbal Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murillo Marinho in the 16th minute. The corner led Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Patrick Sarmento to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aníbal Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedé Fernandes in the 27th minute of play. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Túlio Dias came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aníbal Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 45th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aníbal Arruda was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aníbal Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aníbal Arruda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 56th minute. When Doni Pena fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jumeuc Futebol Clube's protests and gave Doni Pena a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Pena to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. After 60 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Doni Pena. Aníbal Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 67th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio Dias in the 72nd minute of play. Patricio Costa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aníbal Arruda having to make a save. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Aníbal Arruda in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 95 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Aníbal Arruda managed to make a qualified save. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's players were relieved. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
