Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aris Kravaris made the kick off which started today's match. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilias Papanikolas having to interfere. In the 4th match minute, Trifillia.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markos Sotiriadis to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Pardo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Ilias Papanikolas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jaime Pardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Pardo struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ilias Papanikolas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Ilias Papanikolas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pardo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Jaime Pardo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Ilias Papanikolas 30 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Markos Sotiriadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trifillia.FC's goalkeeper Ilias Papanikolas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Jaime Pardo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilias Papanikolas having to interfere. Xavier Zoido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Hector Covarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trifillia.FC's Ilias Papanikolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 60th minute of play. Ilias Papanikolas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Pardo in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ilias Papanikolas saved Trifillia.FC from getting behind. 72 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Aris Kravaris came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. Hector Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 minutes of play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilias Papanikolas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90thth minute of the game Jaime Pardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trifillia.FC's Ilias Papanikolas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 90 minutes, Markos Sotiriadis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trifillia.FC and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Markos Sotiriadis kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Ilias Papanikolas came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias. But to his dismay, Hector Covarrubias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 96th minute, Nikos Markopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Paraguay were the better team. Paraguay's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
