Melquiades Maura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Tafalla in the 12th minute of play. Micael Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Maura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Americo Guerrero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. A collision led to Chuscha FC - Ψ - getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Daniel Barrios hit a great ball. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Moises Tafalla took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Melquiades Maura to make any attempt to save it. In the 29th minute, Angelo Illan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chuscha FC - Ψ - fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Honduras booed when Chuscha FC - Ψ - was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Cordearo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 40 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Daniel Barrios in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Christian Sancho. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Iago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Maura. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Micael Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s zone, Sebastian Villa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Maura came out of the goal and Sebastian Villa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Maura. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Villa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Illan in the 73rd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honduras's Luca Espinar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcos Macerio, made in the 74th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute of play forced Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s goalkeeper Melquiades Maura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Fulgencio Cordearo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Illan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Sebastian Villa made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Maura. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The supporters of Chuscha FC - Ψ - booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Maura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 92nd match minute, Chuscha FC - Ψ - was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Guerrero to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes Chuscha FC - Ψ - got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Cordearo. In the 96th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Honduras had played much better football throughout.
