An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo-Erik Säf in the 3rd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute of the match Rörvik BK got a corner. Chile's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peter Enegren ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 9th minute, Orlando Casaus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hurşit Üke was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hurşit Üke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 13th minute of play. If Olov Valrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hurşit Üke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Fontirroig in the 16th minute of the match. Hurşit Üke came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig. But to his dismay, Guillermo Fontirroig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bo-Erik Säf took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 23 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Enegren. Karl Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olov Valrot's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Thiago Pliego firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 40th minute Bo-Erik Säf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Rörvik BK's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Hurşit Üke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 62 played minutes Rörvik BK got a freekick which was hit by Kent Nordlander. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Valrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ingvar Esbjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. A hard shot 72 in the game by Mariano Lacasa from a close distance when the talented Hurşit Üke managed to make a qualified save. Rörvik BK's players were relieved. 80 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Håning came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Chile's Mariano Lacasa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
