Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basarab Baldovinescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of The North Face's Basarab Baldovinescu. Basarab Baldovinescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 28 minutes into the match, The North Face's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Basarab Baldovinescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. After 41 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basarab Baldovinescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basarab Baldovinescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ioan Andone to make the kick off. Felix Montes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Basarab Baldovinescu firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, The North Face's Basarab Baldovinescu got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The North Face's Basarab Baldovinescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save The North Face from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Basarab Baldovinescu in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 曹森适 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 83rd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Basarab Baldovinescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basarab Baldovinescu having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basarab Baldovinescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Basarab Baldovinescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
