Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aníbal Brasil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Magne Allbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magne Allbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Magne Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 48th minute of play. In the 49th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ made a substitution. Jerry Nolan replaced Felipe Bittencourt.
