Martijn Makaay scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emílio Peres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emílio Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy de Boer in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Paulinho Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 朱德洋 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roy de Boer kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to Limburg FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Roy de Boer hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Laguna Sunrise FC's Juan Andrade sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 朱德洋 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Laguna Sunrise FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martijn Makaay came free, but Emílio Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berker Özdoa hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Laguna Sunrise FC's Hélder de Lima got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute of the match Roy de Boer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emílio Peres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Limburg FC's zone, Paulinho Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 朱德洋 came out of the goal and Paulinho Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulinho Hoffmann to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Limburg FC's Patrik Myr got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute Juan Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 朱德洋 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Juan Andrade had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 朱德洋. Limburg FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Andrade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 65 minutes, Belchior Mamalis made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Laguna Sunrise FC's Emílio Peres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the game, Juan Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laguna Sunrise FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Limburg FC the free kick. The supporters of Limburg FC booed when Laguna Sunrise FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emílio Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martijn Makaay in the 72nd minute of play. Emílio Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martijn Makaay, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Belchior Mamalis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emílio Peres. Belchior Mamalis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Belchior Mamalis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Emílio Peres skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Laguna Sunrise FC's Emílio Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martijn Makaay in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Belchior Mamalis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Limburg FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. After 90 played minutes Limburg FC got a freekick which was hit by Robert Oppenheimer. Emílio Peres made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Belchior Mamalis sent off a good shot on target.
