In the 7th minute Jonny Strand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Strand in the 7th minute of play forced A S Y A™'s goalkeeper Santiago Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Loramendi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Başaran Okay came out and tried to block the shot, but Simon Loramendi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Ramon Piarres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Runberg's late challenge caught a A S Y A™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oliver Runberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of A S Y A™ booed when Landsbro RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Runberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Başaran Okay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Osoro in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 28th minute, A S Y A™'s Camilo Harriet seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Camilo Harriet the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of A S Y A™ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Camilo Harriet had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in A S Y A™ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! Jonny Strand took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Lorien. Santiago Lorien dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 33 minutes into the match, A S Y A™'s goal looked a bit too open when Abdi Saygın Akbilge came free, but Santiago Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Osoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Lorien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Strand in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, A S Y A™'s Aaron Eyague got a free kick in the 39th minute. Santiago Lorien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Lorien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 42 played minutes Landsbro RK got a freekick which was hit by Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson. 45 minutes into the match, A S Y A™'s goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Runberg came free, but Santiago Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Albino Osoro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Başaran Okay was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albino Osoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Osoro in the 54th minute of play forced Landsbro RK's goalkeeper Başaran Okay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Albino Osoro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Başaran Okay was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. A S Y A™'s Santiago Lorien proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save A S Y A™ from getting a goal against them. Başaran Okay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albino Osoro went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. A S Y A™'s Isaias Florian was substituted for Albino Osoro. Omar Olo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Başaran Okay having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, A S Y A™'s goalkeeper Santiago Lorien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdi Saygın Akbilge. Yngve Dalström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Jonny Strand sped through A S Y A™'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santiago Lorien. 79 minutes into the match, A S Y A™'s goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Strand came free, but Santiago Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Lorien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yngve Dalström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Lorien was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 89 minute of play. Simon Loramendi kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, A S Y A™'s goalkeeper Santiago Lorien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdi Saygın Akbilge. Başaran Okay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Florian's shot from short distance in the 104th minute. In the 105th minute, Jonny Strand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Başaran Okay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Florian in the 106th minute of play. Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson struck a weak shot in the 108th minute. Santiago Lorien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Landsbro RK. 111 minutes had been played when some careless play by A S Y A™'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yngve Dalström was slow to take the kick. During this time Landsbro RK's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Yngve Dalström almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A S Y A™'s Santiago Lorien did a great save. Başaran Okay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Florian's shot from short distance in the 113th minute. Both sets of players were looking tired when the whistle went to end the half. Everyone was pleased to get a few minutes to rest before extra-time resumed.

Başaran Okay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Florian in the 117th minute of play. The A S Y A™ fans' excitement grew in the 118th match minute when A S Y A™'s Isaias Florian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
