Tony Manerov started the match with the kick off. Deportivo Gamberro's Bruno Pascal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Ziomkowski in the 2nd minute of play. The supporters of FC Brzesko City booed when Deportivo Gamberro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Manerov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Tscherner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Harri in the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Reynardo in the 29th minute of play forced FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper Leon Tscherner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Deportivo Gamberro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Harri to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th match minute, FC Brzesko City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziemowit Ziomkowski to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Manerov in the 36th minute of play forced FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper Leon Tscherner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Ziemowit Ziomkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Pascal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Tscherner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Harri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the match, FC Brzesko City's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Harri came free, but Leon Tscherner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilbert Cetnar made a kick off. Tony Manerov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Leon Tscherner made a huge save. With a little luck, FC Brzesko City's Leon Tscherner got control of the ball when Tony Manerov tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to FC Brzesko City getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Olaf Gizynski hit a great ball. In the 53rd match minute, Deportivo Gamberro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Orti to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Pascal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Domalik in the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Grunwalski in the 65th minute of play forced Deportivo Gamberro's goalkeeper Bruno Pascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ziemowit Ziomkowski hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Deportivo Gamberro made a substitution. Eduardo Frantzes replaced Ambrosio Kepa. Niceto Perpinya showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Gilbert Cetnar scored 1-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Pascal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 92 minutes into the game, Ryszard Falkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Bruno Pascal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Niceto Perpinya fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Gamberro's protests and gave Niceto Perpinya a yellow card for diving instead. Niceto Perpinya hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.

The Deportivo Gamberro supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Deportivo Gamberro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
