Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 minutes, Guga Aparecido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Guga Aparecido got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Júlio Furche sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Júlio Furche scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 1-0. After having played for 17 minutes, Júlio Furche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júlio Furche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Júlio Furche got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Jonathan Venegas fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jonathan Venegas a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the last second Jonathan Ferrant throw himself and got hold of the ball when Júlio Furche in the 33rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. It was beautiful to see Venezuela's Joshua Secada in action when he in the 37th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 38th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute Júlio Furche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Flavio Maciel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Venezuela. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Júlio Furche stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Armando Siqueira. Armando Siqueira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Armando Siqueira got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Illescas charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Illescas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Júlio Furche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's goalkeeper Armando Siqueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Júlio Furche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Armando Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Jonathan Venegas was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Armando Siqueira made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Maciel in the 91st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant went to the wrong direction when Flavio Maciel was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Armando Pena hit a great ball.
