Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tord Fors having to interfere. When Jens Björling came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Smurfarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens Björling couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Fors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tord Fors was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18thth minute of the game Tord Gustafsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tord Gustafsson in the 23rd minute of the match. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Tord Fors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Smurfarna got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Dalman. Smurfarna's Tord Fors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Smurfarna's Elliott Dalman got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Tord Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tord Fors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Arne Askstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Smurfarna's goalkeeper Tord Fors had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Tord Fors in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tord Fors made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tord Fors. That made the score 0-2 after 64 minutes of play. Arne Askstedt charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arne Askstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th match minute, Smurfarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Askstedt to maneuver through the defense. Smurfarna's Tord Fors proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Smurfarna from getting a goal against them. Tord Fors made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tord Gustafsson in the 81st minute of play. In the 90th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tord Fors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 95th minute of the match. Ecuador played a much better game than Smurfarna and deserved their victory. The Smurfarna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
